I'm not adding hundreds of patches.  I'm re-adding one, to the more than 80 
existing addons/patches/modules that are options in the www/nginx port 
today.

Almost all of which exist because the nginx development team have not chosen 
to make their functionality native.

I don't think there's any valid cause to single this one out.
