That's interesting. I couldn't use x11amp for a long time at all.
It got problems on the <SB16 DSP 4.16> while my laptop (some neomagic
chip) works. Since I switched from x11amp to mxaudio these problems
were gone (apart from the current ones, which can be found in PR# 29709).
