Not that I was convinced this could help, but I now also tried
Staroffice 5.1 (the English variant), and it does not work either. No
big surprise for me. :-(

In my truss output I see mutliple sorts of connect and other socket
operations failing. Maybe this has to do with it? I saw a patch for the
linux connect on this mailing list from Januar or so, but it does not
apply at all to my version of the linuxulator sources.
