Cvsup ports/devel, ports/print, ports/x11.
Upgrade freetype*, gmake, ...
Set XFREE86_VERSION=4 and WRKDIRPREFIX in /etc/make.conf
You need something like 400MB on WRKDIRPREFIX.
cd /usr/ports/x11/XFree86-4 && make install  # takes a while
