CSN2 looks like a modem; if you add it's ID [0x36339008] to the sio driver, you can probably get it working too. Try running 'cat /bin/cat > /dev/audio'. If you get static, you're up; if you get any kernel messages, please report them. Also post the output of 'cat /dev/sndstat'.
