I'm trying to install freebsd the DOS way. So I created the kern.flp and the mfsroot.flp disks and then when I booted the kern.flp, everything went fine, it asks for the mfsroot.flp so I put it in and then I get the booting [kernel] in 10 sec.. msg. So everything seems to be normal now but instead of 'booting' to the installation program, it boots my computer. So this way I can't get to the installation part. I've tried several new formatted floppies but I keep getting this. Any ideas? Thanks. _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
