I am not aware of any changes that would impact this, but we still don't know
what the problem is.  The largest known I226 user (netgate) has no issues.

The only thing I can say for certain so far is you all should be bugging the HW
vendors for NVM 2.25 or 2.27 for I226 otherwise there are known issues around
both EEE enabled and disabled.  It would be nice to know what happens once that
is achieved, to level if we are chasing a FreeBSD bug and not fixed microcode
issues.
