Unfortunatly wmtv is a Video4Linux TV viewing application. Video4Linux is the API the Linux frame grabbers use. It is common across several grabbers including the linux bt848 driver (called bttv). FreeBSD's does not support Video4Linux (or Video4Linux2) system calls, so this application and the many other V4L Linux TV applications will not run on FreeBSD. I did start writing Video4Linux support in the bt848 driver, but I never finished the project. I no longer have time to work on it. CALL FOR HACKERS:::: If someone else wants to port the video4linux API to FreeBSD, I'll gladly help. I got part of it done with an LKM on my old 2.2.6 machine at home, but I never completed it.
