For me KiCad's scroll bars are hidden, and flash briefly on and off
while the pointer's moving. This is with a USB mouse (trackball)
attached, and xfwm4.

Things seem normal other than the scroll bars though. I have a kernel
and world from July 14, and packages a little older than that.
