NVIDIA's driver runs nativelly on i386 and you can find it under /usr/ports/x11/nvidia-driver. Alternatively nv and noveau are also available. NVIDIA is developing the amd64 version atm: http://forums.freebsd.org/showthread.php?t=8271&highlight=nvidia+amd64.
