Hello all.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your valuable comments.

Yes, I guess that company already told the client they will sell them 
the domain directly and of course what they are offering me is just a 
part of what they will be selling to final client.
I will tell them to use escrow.com if they are serious and do all the 
procedure of selling/buying the domain that way.
I won't give them the domain to them like they want and wait for my 
payment once the client pay them (of course lot of things can happen 
like maybe the client do not pay them or they decide that since all 
is done they do not pay me)

Let's see what happens.
