My UPDATING file has this:

20020105:
	The locale names have been renamed in -stable to match
	-current:
		1. ISO_* -> ISO*
		2. ru_SU* -> ru_RU*
		3. DIS_* -> ISO*-15
		4. *.ASCII -> *.US-ASCII
