Lots.  Every third-party script that runs "uname" (and no, we can't 
patch them all) just for starters.

That's not good enough.  It needs to default to "Linux", and if you want
it to return "FreeBSD" that should probably be on an
application-specific basis.  Nothing else makes any sense.
