I've added rudimentary MPLS signalling support to RSVP (label distribution and explicit routing according to draft-ietf-mpls-rsvp-lsp-tunnel-07.txt), but the code has not been released yet. It works with two Linux-based MPLS forwarding planes and I'm ready to integrate it with any current FreeBSD forwarding plane, if such a thing becomes available. If you are interested, please have a look at http://www.kom.e-technik.tu-darmstadt.de/rsvp once in a while.
