Ive ordered from them twice so far, once for a monitor and the second time for some hardware for the previously mentioned server. Both came FAST within 3 days and with no problems, even ordered COD. I havent had to return anything yet. So I cant comment on that part of their service. But from what I have seen so far, I have to stick with them being highly rated.
