The reply was that there are version(s) of this Mediaplayer available for Unix systems, but I had to approach a unix usergroup myself for finding out the details. Hmmm, I just wonder if this is true. Can someone give me a clue if there is indeed Windows Mediaplayer-like software for FreeBSD/Unix? Thanks, Rob.
