There are some threading related problems on ia64 that I've started
to work on before I went on vacation. Currently, libthr on -current
is broken due to locking problems and there are known cases where
threaded applications fail with a SIGSEGV when libpthread is being
used.

I hope to be able to fix that soon and I'll make sure that devel/icu
will be tested.
