I don't think it includes the Linux-alpha bits.  
(BTW, if it does, someone *PLEASE* point them out to me.  I've been needing
needing them for a project, but the RPM utils are so broken on the Linux
alpha I'm working on, I can extract the RedHat GCC sources)

I don't think all of f2c is included with g77.  But g77 does use f2c's
runtime librarires.
