Only _some_ folks around here, like our self-appointed net-nanny, have
these kind of fetishistic obsessions.  Recently one of our more idiot-minded
policies, regarding subscriber-only posts, was abandoned.  However there
is some other stink in the ointment: every time I post something the 
nannies object to, my email feed from this list ceases for a while.
