My USR 28.8 interal ACU (sio3 - cuaa3) is misbehaving. I am using HDB UUCP and my 4 core files are in order. cu -l /dev/cuaa3 gets me: `connected' >From this point I can dial out with AT cmds and connect to my SCO UW box. But...I wait for local echo which is not forthcoming. When I hit CR I get one word from my SCO login prompt echoed back. I press enter a few times and eventually see my entire login prompt but am unable to send chars back so login eventually timesout. I've tried minicom with similar results. stty -a reveals relatively std settings on sio3 - the same as what I have my /etc/ttydefs set to on the SCO box. Any suggestions anyone? Doubtless my lack of knowledge of the BSD getty files is not helping my situation - they differ abit from both sysv and linux which use ttymon and getty.ps [getty/uugetty], respectively. Perhaps I've missed something in /etc [ ttys | gettytab | remote ]? Thanks much, signed: stuck in Staten Island!
