According to the latest release announcement (http://www.freebsd.org/releases/9.1R/announce.html), no official repos hold pkgng, it's just a test environment with one package or so. The bad news is that pkg2ng conversion is irreversible:) I just googled and found an unofficial repo announced here: http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-stable/2013-February/072037.html Or you can try to set up one yourself as explained here: http://www.sysadmin-fr.org/fr/node/667 But I haven't tested how this works.
