I'm a big fan of puTTY.  Tiny, free, no install required, even runs
from a floppy disk.  Lots of flexibility, good emulation. Does ssh
(definitely 1, maybe 2 now) as well.  Easy to find on the net.

If you don't mind spending money, SecureCRT is the Rolex of Win32
terms, IMHO.  http://www.vandyke.com.
