https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D271844 Bug ID: 271844 Summary: x11/nvidia-settings Local version of NVML doesn't implement this function Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: amd64 OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: x11@FreeBSD.org Reporter: byrnejb@harte-lyne.ca Assignee: x11@FreeBSD.org Flags: maintainer-feedback?(x11@FreeBSD.org) FreeBSD vhost01.hamilton.harte-lyne.ca 12.4-RELEASE-p1 FreeBSD 12.4-RELEASE= -p1 GENERIC amd64 nvidia0: <GeForce GT 730> on vgapci0 [root@vhost01 ~ (master)]# nvidia-settings --> Select Graphics Information Program halts and displays: ERROR: Local version of NVML doesn't implement this function The program 'nvidia-settings' received an X Window System error. This probably reflects a bug in the program. The error was 'BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)'. (Details: serial 984 error_code 3 request_code 155 minor_code 4) (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously; that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it. To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.) --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
