I did check out the i386/Latest directory and all of the packages have
the .tbz extension.  So there has been a change in the filenames.  Also,
looking through the CVS archives, there have been some revisions to the
pkg_install src tree.  So if your pkg_add -r is looking for .tgz then it
is not current.  What is the revision number?
