I was just curious:

Are there plans to make the "standard" perl in FreeBSD be perl5?
(yes, I know perl5 is in /usr/local/bin, and that it's very easy
to get to there. I am just wondering if that will ever replace
the perl which is currently perl4).

I do not pretend that this is critical to the future of mankind,
I'm just curious what the plans are...
