I was just curious: Are there plans to make the "standard" perl in FreeBSD be perl5? (yes, I know perl5 is in /usr/local/bin, and that it's very easy to get to there. I am just wondering if that will ever replace the perl which is currently perl4). I do not pretend that this is critical to the future of mankind, I'm just curious what the plans are... --- Garance Alistair Drosehn = gad@eclipse.its.rpi.edu Senior Systems Programmer or drosih@rpi.edu Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-current" in the body of the message
