That's part of the X libraries package:
happy-idiot-talk:~:% locate libXmuu.so.1
/usr/X11R6/lib/libXmuu.so.1
happy-idiot-talk:~:% pkg_info -W /usr/X11R6/lib/libXmuu.so.1
/usr/X11R6/lib/libXmuu.so.1 was installed by package XFree86-libraries-4.2.0_3
If that file isn't in /usr/X11R6/lib, then something has gone horribly
wrong with your XFree86 installation. I recommend that you delete and
reinstall that package. There's several ways to go about doing that,
but today's top tip is to run:
portupgrade -f XFree86-libraries-\*
