For what it's worth, I can reproduce the OP's problem when IPV6 and =20 PERL_EMBEDDED are de-selected; after applying the patch I sent in my =20 previous email, the appropriate arguments are passed to the linker and =20= compilation succeeds with the abovementioned OPTIONS still de-selected =20= as well as with default OPTIONS.
