No, they don't work without hacking the playstation. I used --read-raw
on the CD.

They, of course, hate them. They hate the idea that people might
actually want to exercise their fair use rights to their
materials. The nasty thing about DMCA is that it makes doing things so
simply so you can exercise those rights illegal.
