I almost always user `portupgrade -rR foo' without other options. That way, recursion works in both directions, and every package that could possibly be affected in any way by upgrading `foo' gets updated. I've been doing this for months and have never encountered a problem situation. Has anyone upgraded this way and still had trouble? =2D-=20 Kirk Strauser In Googlis non est, ergo non est. --=-=-= Content-Type: application/pgp-signature -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.1 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQA+YpKo5sRg+Y0CpvERAmcQAJ4i6GEtovTkEFPRqmfftor2a11nfQCeKb0v XIGyM1B259mMQ5P6PqAU6AE= =m9kR -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=-=-=-- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
