diff for makefile and distinfo

Hi,

I made a new version of the port for sysutils/areca-cli. 

The main feature is upgrading to 1.14.7.

There is minor corrections in Makefile: new URL.

Port has been tested in poudriere on FreeBSD 10.1 and work great with areca
1882-8i and 1213-4i.
