UUNET has been running BSD/OS on Sparc hardware for a number of years. 4.1 supports up through UltraSPARC V9, though PCI based machines are not yet supported (that work is underway). I have no release schedule information, however. As has been mentioned, it will be some time to sort things out. The best and more reliable information thus far has been the Press Release. Clearly more information will be needed :-) Just a note, I am not a subscriber to this list, I was just browsing this evening. I thought the above might be useful to you. There is probably not a whole lot else I could provide at this time. -Paul Borman BSDI Engineering To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-sparc" in the body of the message
