Do you know the reason for this? I'am using a Mobile 945GM/GU chip and have to following lines in my xorg.conf: Section "Screen" Identifier "Screen0" Device "Card0" Monitor "Monitor0" SubSection "Display" Virtual 1024 768 #or 2048 2048 EndSubSection My native resolution is 1024x600.
