We have been getting a lot of these on various machines (usually
slightly different backtraces each time), occasionally
interspersed with SCSI controller (AHA 2940UW) problems. The
problem doesn't appear to be hardware, because we have swapped
controllers around (each machine has multiple controllers).
(latest -current kernels as well as 2.2 kernel)
