From which server do you download the iso image?

I have checked it on our mirror site (cz) right now and md5 checksum
is good:

/ftp/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/ISO-IMAGES> ls -l 4.1-install.iso
-rw-r--r-- 1 mirror mirror 674826240 Aug 1 07:28 4.1-install.iso
/ftp/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/ISO-IMAGES> md5 4.1-install.iso
MD5 (4.1-install.iso) = 782d53b69c9e9ae89678c925ba6b6647
/ftp/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/ISO-IMAGES> grep 4\.1 CHECKSUM.MD5
MD5 (4.1-install.iso) = 782d53b69c9e9ae89678c925ba6b6647

Maybe you should try another site.
