Funny thing, you mention the little detail like "or later" but not the fact
that it requires Rust now.  I've only noticed this when my ports tree which
I keep unoxidized got broken.  Eventually I've tracked that it is pulled by
default in `graphics/py-pillow' and `graphics/gd', which are rather popular
ports.  Please do not introduce Rust into common dependency path as many us
simply cannot build it due to its huge resource requirements, thank you.
