Prefetch lang/rust as binary package (portmaster -P or poudriere bulk -b) or disable LIQ option in graphics/gd. What's so special about lang/rust? It takes less time to build than devel/llvm*, www/qt5-webengine, lang/gcc* + LTO_BOOTSTRAP, lang/ghc. Avoid those is already not possible in many cases.
