Seems like this. They have the same representation.
Then there is no point in such a patch. Thanks for clarification.

Yes, I did it before. But in case of DEVD, the xorg adding SysMouse and trying
to probe other devices (e.g. additional keyboard for USB HID mouse, which is
normal, but not needed in my case), while logging about blocked devd ums
device, which is already configured by /etc/X11/xorg.conf. So, manual
configuration is ok, in my case.
