I couldn't connect to ftp.bitchx.com awhile ago, maybe that was the problem. ftp.bitchx.org wont work for this at all because strangely enough they name the distfile ircii-pana- instead of BitchX-. It probably tried to download from ftp.freebsd.org where the distfile might not have been updated yet.
