First check here: http://wiki.freebsd.org/PortsAndClang That should contain results of compilation test runs. If the port in question is listed there, then the problem is known about, and you don't need to report it[*]. Although if you can /fix/ the problem, then a PR with patches is always welcome. If your port isn't listed, then either there's something broken in your local setup, or you're using some non-default combination of options or otherwise doing something differently that exposes the bug. If you've made sure it's not the first case, then please do report it with details of options settings or whatever else it was you did differently so maintainers can reproduce and hopefully fix it. Note that the exp-runs with clang generally pick up on compile-time problems. Run-time problems are a different matter and quite likely to indicate problems with clang itself, something a lot of people are going to be interested in getting fixed.
