Hi, 

Is there any ISPs willing to give me a dial-up access to the internet with a 
Static IP address, at a reasonable price.   I live in the city of Elizabeth, 
NJ.   The first six digits of my phone number are (908)-629.   I am a software 
professional planning to develop a web-related software program using my spare 
time.
