Hello, i was running 2.2.5-stable(now running 2.2.6-stable). Why does a '/dev/MAKEDEV all' not build entries for sd0s1x ....? Only after doing a /dev/MAKEDEV sd0s1a everything was built, including sd0s1b sd0s1c .... MAKEDEV only built entries for sd0x (sd0a, sd0b ...). so... that was the problem why the startup of 2.2.6 failed ;) -Regards To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
