Got more of the same messages today, again during port building, but with no adverse effects. Also, out of curiosity I decided to search for those inode numbers, with some unusual results. Maybe this doesn't mean anything, but all 4 files do exist actually and all of them are +CONTENTS files under /var/db/pkg. All of them were re-created (judging from their birth times), apparently because some @pkgdep lines needed to be changed. None of the ports in question was actually updated but their dependencies were. -- Andriy Gapon
