No. As I said, FreeBSD does not use drivers made for "Windows".
In fact, the installation media does not care about what is
installed on your system disk (or if there is anything installed
on it).

BIOS functions will only be used for the earliest stage of
booting the OS.

Really? That must be a quite old computer (probably 10+ years
old). I'm not saying you cannot use such an old computer. But
check what processor is inside. If you have 4 GB RAM and a
CPU that supports 64 bit, go with the amd64 (64 bit version)
of FreeBSD, except there is something you need that _requires_
a 32 bit OS.

Even the Intel Pentium 4 from the 2000s was 64 bit capable,
so I suggest you first verify what exact hardware you have
to be able to install the optimal FreeBSD version for that
hardware.

FreeBSD provides support for the i386 platform. Just make
sure you're using the correct memstick image for USB booting.

Are you sure you can't boot TrueOS? If your computer is not
older than 20 years, it is worth a try. ;-)

Why do you use a fingerprint scanner? It is not secure.
