Not knowingly.  They're all there and the environment variable points
to them, see below.

/usr/doc/share/sgml/catalog:\

/usr/local/share/sgml/html/catalog:\
/usr/local/share/sgml/iso8879/catalog:\
/usr/local/share/sgml/jade/catalog

Hmm, I keep poking about.  Still, this is odd.
