That would be illegal.  The book is copyrighted, and furthermore I doubt
Greg wrote it to see it given away.  We all have to make money.  Free OS
!= free book.  I wasn't aware the book was on CD at all anyway.  My 2.2.x
all have the book on them, none of the 3.x do.
