Ummmm... how do you mean?

I've been using the Compex ENET32/PCI card (DC21040 based) in two of my 
servers for the past 6 months with good results.  Is there some reason 
why it shouldn't be working?  Or perhaps you mean a different Compex model?

Incidentally, in a July 1995 review of 10-Mbit PCI NICs in "Network 
Computing" this card tied the 3Com EtherLink III PCI for first place!
