Hi Maintainers, With libxml2-2.9.4, it seems that Makefile.am is used to generate the Makef= ile. The pathfix is not pointed to apply the fix on Makefile.am (it was def= aulted to fix path on Makefile.in which gets overwritten by automake.) Setting in the port Makefile PATHFIX_MAKEFILEIN=3D Makefile.am Fixed the issue Thanks
