Hello,

For each version, we propose you this modification in gdal, because it 
is necessary for the smooth running of the GIS tools.

After these years, with little or no feedback from you, we still don't 
have a clear explanation. Please, can you tell us what is bothering you 
about having these necessary options?

PS: with your revert databases/postgis23 is no longer broken
