You are using an old version of the driver.  Current versions of
the driver support the full range of speeds when ultra is enabled.

Upgrade and the problem will go away.

They should co-exist fine.  Simply disable the bios for the controller
you don't want to boot from.

Depends on slot position and how your BIOS does the probing.
