This is an incoming call for which no entry section exists and in addition
to that for which no number is transmitted.

Why do you want to do that ? There seems to be a misunderstanding.
Please read the above text again and then tell me a better solution what
to display instead of "<unknown>" for incoming calls not having an
entry section!
